White Tea is also known as Fujian New Type White Tea. These tea leaves are produced from the first two or three leaves of each bud, which are slightly rolled and roasted after withering. The tea leaves are slightly brownish-red with a greenish hue. This grade tends to have a little more crushed leaves and stems than the first grade. The tea has a light golden brown hue, an aroma of freshness with a slightly stronger roast emphasis, and an initial taste of roasted tea with an underlying fresh taste which carries on as a refreshing aftertaste.
